Cleanroom online particle counter OPC-6303 adopts Light scattering technology, with a pump-suction sampling method and can accurately detect and calculate the number of suspended particles with different particle sizes in the air. It can real time simultaneously output the quantity of particles in 6 channels including 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 2.5μm, 5.0μm and 10μm (PCS/m³, PCS/L or PCS/28.3L). It is a high performance-to-price ratio GMP airborne particle counter for cleanroom application.
